RTI Ukraine produces accurate die cut gaskets and die cut parts to meet your specifications. Our CNC cutting equipment allows to speed up the process of manufacturing and meet high standards.
All of our die cut gaskets are fabricated from non-metallic gasket materials. We offer our die cutting services for the material you provide or material from our large inventory which includes both sheet and roll.
Our inventory of dies numbers into the thousands. We provide die cut gaskets that have been accurately cut to the tightest tolerance and delivered with the quickest turnaround in the industry. The equipment operates with an automated pneumatic oscillating knife that can quickly cut through various semi-solid materials up to 10 mm thick for fast production.
