Our specialty:
RTI Ukraine excels in manufacturing gaskets of all shapes and sizes, based on customer drawings. Our CNC cutting equipment allows us to produce both standard and special-shaped gaskets efficiently, eliminating tooling costs and minimizing setup time.
The automated pneumatic oscillating knife can cut through various semi-solid materials up to 10mm thick, ensuring fast and precise production. We also use CNC equipment for processing polymers such as PTFE, PA6, PE500, PE1000, PP, POM, PC, PET, ABS, and PU. Our services are ideal for small to medium-volume orders, especially when steel ruler dies are too complicated or expensive.
